The Salary
Minimum wage + as per experience

The Role

• Working knowledge of concrete production to include concrete finishing, wet-cast and pre-cast and pre-stressed processes
• Execute manufacturing duties efficently by following production line processes
• Preparation of moulds to include cleaning, pouring, vibrating, assembly & demolding
• Filling out documentation of production for quality control system and Health & Safety
• Use of hand power tools
• Read tape measures and hand held measuring laser
• Effective communication with colleagues

The Person
It is important you have an understanding of working with concrete with a combination of skills to encompass basic knowledge of hand power tools and small engine powered equipment, possess basic mathematical skills, have knowledge of both metric and imperial measurments & work efficently to meet manufacturing deadlines. Candidates must have good mechanical and technical skills and be fluent in spoken and written English.
A strong work ethic with the ability to demonstrate flexibility, reliability and commitment to their role and to lead by example.
